Our services, including Coaching, Code Work, 9D Breathwork, Sound Bath Experiences and Psychedelic Integration Coaching, are not medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional. Chuck Roundtree and Jan Holmes are not licensed therapists or medical providers.

Code Work

Code Work is a complementary wellness practice—not a medical diagnosis or a scientifically established explanation of symptoms. It does not diagnose or treat conditions.

Breathwork

Not every breathwork journey is appropriate for every person. Review the specific contraindications and complete the required preparation, waiver, and consent process before participating. Experiences may need to be adapted or deferred after professional advice.

Psychedelic Integration Coaching

Preparation may explore intention, setting, readiness and general harm reduction; integration supports reflection, pacing, boundaries, and practical choices. We do not source, sell, prescribe or facilitate illegal substances, and this is not medical or mental-health treatment.

Couples Coaching

The work is for partners willing to participate respectfully; it is not emergency or licensed clinical relationship care.
