9D Breathwork

A journey through breath, sound, and self-discovery

9D Breathwork combines guided breathing, immersive spatial audio, music, spoken guidance, subliminal hypnotherapy and somatic elements in a structured journey.

What happens in a session?

Some journeys invite rest and reflection; others may be more active or emotionally expressive. The appropriate format depends on your intention, readiness and personal circumstances.

After preparation, you usually rest on a mat wearing headphones while the guided journey unfolds. Time is allowed afterward to return, reflect and integrate. Group and private sessions can be different in pace and level of support.
