• Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Basic website usage data collected through cookies and similar tools, such as pages visited and how you arrived at our site.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, remind you about and deliver sessions, events and orders.
• To respond to your questions and inquiries.
• To send transactional messages, such as confirmations, receipts, reminders and preparation information.
• To send occasional marketing emails or texts only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand and improve our website and offerings.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders, event details, and, if you opt in, occasional updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website, CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), payment processing (Stripe), video sessions (Zoom), event ticketing (Eventbrite), and merchandise fulfillment (Printify), and only as needed to provide their services, or when required by law.
