The terms that apply to bookings, events, packages, products and use of this site.

These Terms of Service govern your use of theloveaffect.com and your purchase or use of sessions, events, packages and products from The Love Affect, LLC. By booking, purchasing or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Our services

The Love Affect offers coaching and complementary wellness experiences, including Coaching, Code Work, 9D Breathwork, Sound Bath Experiences, Kolbe assessments, guided packages, events and merchandise. Our services are not medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Please read our Wellness Disclaimer.

Bookings and payments

  • Prices are shown at the time of booking or purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
  • An appointment is confirmed only after successful payment, unless the service is complimentary.
  • Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms are shown at booking and in your confirmation.

Packages and payment plans

  • Packages include the sessions described on the package page. Sessions are booked through your private booking link.
  • If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled payments shown at checkout. The total of a payment plan may be higher than paying in full; both totals are shown before purchase.
  • Package usage periods, if any, are shown at purchase.

Events and tickets

  • Tickets are for the specific event, date and time listed. Transfer and refund terms are shown on the event listing.
  • 9D Breathwork participants must review contraindications and complete the waiver and consent process before participating.

Shop orders

Products are made to order. Production times, shipping estimates, and return and exchange terms are shown on each product listing and at checkout.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to share relevant health considerations before breathwork or other experiences, and to consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate. You participate voluntarily and may stop or adapt any experience at any time.

Intellectual property

The Love Affect name, symbol, wordmark, website content, and materials are owned by The Love Affect, LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Love Affect is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
